Donald Harmer, owner, is an enrolled agent with the Internal Revenue Service with 25 years of tax and financial experience. Donald has an Engineering Degree and an MBA in Business. Jessica Zicker has 10 years of accounting and tax experience along with her Specialized Business Degree in Accounting. We are members of NAEA, NATP, & Pocono Mountains Chamber of Commerce.
